In case of Fixed Rate mortgages, the interest rate on the loan is fixed for the entire length of the loan. These are available on 40, 30, 20, 15 and 10-year amortizations. Lock-in periods at no-cost and upfront lock fee can be discussed with a Maximos Lending representative. Down payment requirement depends on loan type, i.e., conventional, FHA, VA, etc.
